The inn, built by John D. Rockefeller in 1937, was completely renovated in 2001. To ensure authenticity, designers hand-plastered the ceilings, used original historical paint colors and hand-brushed guest room doors.

62 guest rooms are decorated in three distinct styles: floral,
classic and restoration. All rooms feature period furnishings of Honduras mahogany, original artwork and handmade silk window treatments.

Three dining venues at the Williamsburg Inn serve classic American cuisine with traditional European roots with a menu that changes seasonally.
